Guidance for Your Daughter

Is sessions held online or in person?

Anchor & Bloom is a fully digital mentorship, ensuring and welcoming girls from all regions. Our sessions utilize interactive video tools to create a warm, connected space that feels just as impactful as meeting together in a local classroom.

Who is eligible for this program?

Our curriculum is tailored for girls ages 14–18. These high school years are pivotal for building a solid identity, and we are here to provide the mentorship needed to step into adulthood with true self-assurance.

How can we begin the journey?

Registration is easy through our site. Once enrolled, your daughter receives a welcome kit and access to our secure virtual group where our mentors begin guiding her through each step of growth.

What is the 6-week experience?

Throughout the six weeks, we dive into self-esteem, relationships, and wellness. Every session provides practical tools that help your teenager tackle life's challenges with a renewed sense of clarity and grace.

How involved should the parents be?

While this is a space for the girls to grow independently, we love when parents stay engaged. We offer helpful resources so you can keep the conversation going at home and support the lessons they learn with us.
